SHAPE BABE MEAL REPLACEMENT

If you find it easier to replace breakfast and lunch with the SHAPE BABE, then have an MKM in the evening and if you have an upcoming dinner invitation, just plan to have a SHAPE BABE in the morning and at lunch.

Try what works for you, depending on your mood of the day. It is important that during the SHAPE BABE weight loss cure you adhere to the recommendation to eat two SHAPE BABE meals plus one MKM daily during the weight loss phase and one SHAPE BABE meal plus two MKMs daily during the balance phase. This way you are guaranteed the best results!

+ a carb side dish:
40 g brown rice
or 50 g wholemeal pasta
or 100-150 g potatoes (e.g. 2-3 small potatoes)
or 40 g oatmeal or muesli without sugar
or 50 g bulgur / quinoa / couscous / lentils
or 1 slice of wholemeal toast
or 2-3 slices of crispbread

OPTIONAL:
1 tablespoon of walnut, linseed or olive oil, e.g. for salad dressing or brushing the pan with rapeseed or soybean oil for browning fish and meat.

When weighing, here’s what to consider:

 

-NOT ON THE CARPET-
Place your scale on a level surface so that it can function properly.

If you get on the scale right after an all-you-can-eat evening, it will weigh your food right along with it – so it’s better to do it in the morning before breakfast.

-NOT IN CLOTHES-
For an accurate scale result, you should weigh yourself without heavy clothes and shoes – it’s best to always step on the scale in your underwear.

-NOT AFTER THE WORKOUT-
If you have lost a lot of water, a strenuous exercise session can skew the number on the scale. Water retention during your period can also add a pound or two to the scale.

We recommend that you drink 2-3 litres of water or unsweetened tea daily.

EAT SLOWLY & DELIBERATELY. This way you give your body enough time to let you know when you are full. This can take up to 30 minutes. Become an epicure, so you don’t feel stuffed and sluggish after eating either.

GIVE YOURSELF BREAKS between meals (about 4 – 6 hours). Lots of little snacks throughout the day add up without you consciously realizing it. Caffeine helps to bridge hunger pangs between meals. Coffee (without milk and sugar), but also the SMOOTH ACTIVATOR capsules with Mate and Guaraná are suitable.

AVOID EMPTY CALORIES. Foods that are low in nutrients but high in calories do your body no good and slow down fat metabolism. Watch out for sugar, white bread and sweet drinks!

BE PREPARED and plan your meals first thing in the morning. This way you don’t have to react out of acute hunger pangs when your stomach is growling and there are only fast food restaurants nearby. And if you take a large glass of water with 2 SATIESCAPTION capsules 30 minutes before your meal, you can enjoy your meal in peace.

STAY FOCUSED and concentrate on your goals. A minor setback can happen to anyone, but try to pick up where you left off as quickly as possible. An unplanned night of feasting can be made up for the next day with a SHAPE BABE. Don’t throw it all away because of one slip-up, it will only frustrate you more afterwards.

If you want to extend the Kickstart phase of the Shape World weight loss cure after the recommended three days, you can extend it to 4 more days. However, please make sure that you do not put your body through too much. It is always better to complete a cure successfully than to break off prematurely because you have overstretched yourself.

The Kickstart phase is not a must, but only a recommendation from us.

Yes, you can substitute the main meals as you see fit. Some Shape Babes find it easier to take the SHAPE BABE shake in the morning and at lunchtime and then enjoy the mixed food meal in the evening. Others prefer to use the SHAPE BABE to replace breakfast and dinner and have a blended meal for lunch. You can also vary this every day. It is important that during the weight loss phase you stick to the recommendation to replace two out of three meals daily with SHAPE BABE and to supplement with a mixed food meal. In the balance phase you should replace one of three meals with the SHAPE BABE daily and supplement it with two mixed food meals.

For the optimal structure of a mixed food meal, fill half of your plate with vegetables, salad or fruit. This gives the colorful base.

Then add a protein side dish, (1/4 of the plate) consisting of fish, lean meat, tofu, eggs, milk or dairy products (e.g. yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese) and complete your meal with a carbohydrate side dish consisting of potatoes, unsweetened cereal, whole grain bread, whole grain pasta or brown rice (1/4 of the plate).

Yes, you can drink coffee without sugar during the entire SHAPE BABE weight loss cure. A small shot of milk is also fine.

If you still want it sweet, you can add some stevia.

Fruit also has its place in a balanced mixed diet meal and is therefore definitely allowed – but in moderation, not in masses. Because depending on the type of fruit, there is a lot of fructose in it, which increases your appetite and gets in the way of your success. Stick more to fruit with low fructose, like apples or berries. For this reason, we recommend that you do not use fruit as a snack either.

We recommend that you do not chew gum, as the chewing motion will stimulate your hunger. Generally, sugar-free gum isn’t bad, but it might make you hungry faster.

For the best results, you should avoid cheat days during the SHAPE BABE weight loss cure.

As long as you stick to a calorie-restricted diet and eat right, you don’t have to exercise to lose weight.

During the weight loss cure we recommend that you do not exert yourself physically, i.e. avoid strenuous sport, because it takes away the energy that your body needs for the weight loss cure. Sport is rather counterproductive during the weight loss cure, because you will not get enough nutrients due to the extra energy consumption. This is the reason why we do not recommend sports.

Exercise is important when losing weight because you want to keep your metabolism going. However, you should keep it to light exercise while losing weight.

We do not recommend alcohol during the weight loss cure. Because regular alcohol consumption impairs metabolism and promotes the development of excess weight.
